Paul Kramer is a business lawyer with broad litigation and transactional expertise. For nearly 20 years, he has actively guarded the interests of myriad businesses and entrepreneurs in the commercial, construction, and real estate industries. His practice is tailored to the needs of the privately held business, and is designed to safeguard such interests through intelligent and cost-effective measures.

Mr. Kramer enjoys long-term relationships with his clients, fostered through years of timely and effective counsel. His clients are comprised of individuals, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships alike, and who operate in virtually all manner of industry. Mr. Kramer is a member of the Business/Corporate and Business Litigation Sections of the California and Orange County Bar Associations, and a former board member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA). He is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (B.A., Psychology, 1985), as well as Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (J.D., 1990).

Mr. Kramer has been a resident of Orange County since 1990, and currently resides in Laguna Beach with his wife and their two sons, where he remains an overcommitted little league coach and sports enthusiast.
